The artist guide — one subscription, the whole catalog
Stop paying per beat. How licensing, formats and releases work when the catalog is a subscription.
Buying beats one at a time runs $25–50 each. Three leases already cost more than a month here, and you still only have three beats.
How it works
1. Subscribe. One plan unlocks the entire catalog. Pick MP3, WAV or full trackout stems, then download as much as you want — no per-beat checkout.
2. Find your sound. Browse, search by type, mood, BPM or key — or paste a YouTube reference and let the AI match beats that sound like it.
3. Licence and download. Every download creates a licence record tied to your account and the producer. Proof you can show a distributor, not a sketchy free grab.
4. Release and keep it. Drop your track while you're subscribed and it stays licensed forever — even if you cancel later.
Why artists switch
One price, the whole catalog. Unlimited licensed downloads across every beat on the platform.
A real licence, every time. Each download is a contract tied to your account and the producer, not a grey-area free download.
Release once, licensed forever. Any track released while subscribed stays licensed. Cancel later and your releases are still cleared.
AI reference matching. Paste a track you love and we surface beats that sound like it, instead of scrolling type-beat playlists for hours.
Built to dig through. Filter by type, mood, BPM and key, save what hits, or hit Surprise Me.
Cancel anytime. One click, no lock-in, everything you released stays yours.
Against buying one by one
| Buying per beat | GETMUSIC | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | $25–50+ every single time | One subscription, whole catalog |
| Access | One beat per purchase | Unlimited licensed downloads while subscribed |
| Licensing | A separate contract per beat | One unified licence on every download |
| Finding beats | Endless scrolling | Search + AI reference match |
| Releases | Re-clear rights track by track | Released while subscribed = licensed forever |
The plans
| Plan | Price | You download | Master rights |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic / MP3 | $29/mo | MP3 master | 50% you / 50% producer |
| WAV Unlimited | $49/mo | WAV + MP3 | 100% you |
| Trackout | $99/mo | Stems + WAV + MP3 | 100% you |
There is no streaming limit on any plan. Plans differ by the formats they include, not by how much your record is allowed to be played. The rights split is covered properly in what you actually own when you lease a beat.
Straight answers
Can I release songs with these beats? Yes. Release while subscribed and it stays licensed forever, even if you cancel later.
What's the difference between MP3, WAV and Trackout? MP3 is the quick-start format. WAV is studio quality for mixing. Trackout unlocks separated stems so a mix engineer has full control. There's a whole article on picking one.
Do I own the beat? You get a non-exclusive licence to use it, not ownership. The producer keeps the beat and can license it to others. Some producers sell exclusives separately if you want it off-market.
What happens if I cancel? Anything already released stays licensed forever. You lose access to new downloads until you resubscribe. Nothing you've shipped is at risk.
What is AI reference matching? Paste a YouTube track you like and we match beats from the catalog with a similar vibe, tempo and feel.
